Standard Size

Rectangular - Maximum Dimensions W55mm x H90mm

Circular/Square - Maximum Dimensions W60mm x H60mm.

Artwork requirements

Please supply press-ready artwork, ideally in PDF format, set CMYK with 3mm of bleed on all edges and offset crop marks applied. Please include an outline of your bespoke shape on a separate page and a composite visual with the outline overlaid in position, bearing in mind the shape will need to be flipped so it mirrors the opposite side. If including a hole for string/ribbon application in your CAD design, we advise a minimum 6mm hole radius set with the furthest point a minimum of 5mm from the closest edge.

Where possible, please ensure artwork is centred without colour bars or file information applied; these are not required and often result in files being positioned incorrectly when using our imposition software.

Please note that due to cutting tolerances, we advise that all elements of your design which aren’t intended to bleed off should be set a minimum of 5mm from all edges to avoid cutting issues.

File copies

We’re trusted by our many trade customers to deliver direct to their clients under plain wrap as standard practice. However, it’s sometimes beneficial to receive file copies for their records as future reference. File copies will be sent via Royal Mail First Class service to the invoice address by default, following the dispatch of the order to the chosen delivery address.
