Business cards printed CMYK to one side on 450gsm silk with soft touch lamination throughout and spot UV varnish to one side only or both sides.
Artwork requirements
Please supply press ready artwork, ideally in PDF format set CMYK with 3mm of bleed on all edges and off-set crop marks applied.
Where possible please ensure artwork is centred without colour bars or file information applied, these are not required and often result in files being positioned incorrectly when using our imposition software.
Please note due to cutting tolerances we advise all elements of your design which aren’t intended to bleed off, should be set a minimum of 5mm from all edges to avoid cutting issues.
Spot UV Varnish setup requirements
Please supply your spot UV varnish setup as a separate page/file with all elements of the design which require varnish in position set solid black only (C0/M0/Y0/K100). Add any instructions to the notes section on your order. Not sure? Give us a shout, we’re happy to help!
Please note varnish can spread slightly when applied so we advise against usage on small areas, fine lines or type if the fit is critical. Not sure if your design will work? No problem, send it to us at orders@aubergineprint.co.uk for friendly help & advise.
